The Academic Studies in Theology Certificate is a flexible, low-cost courses which gives a deeper knowledge of scripture, and prepares students for tertiary studies in theology.

 

Credit or audit?

Completing a subject for credit means you are required to complete assessments. Satisfactory marks will earn you credits, and upon completion of the course you will receive a Academic Studies in Theology Certificate. If you chose to go on to undergraduate tertiary studies within the ACT, this certificate will give you two credit points towards your qualification.  

Auditing a subject means you gain access to all lectures and study material, but are not required to complete any assessments. You will not receive credit for your studies.

 

How many subjects?

The ASTC comprises of 8 subjects in total. A maximum of 4 subjects can be taken per semester.

When do I need to sign up?

The enrolment cutoff for Semester 2 is 21st September, 2018. Assessments (credit only) will be due on 15th November.

 

How do I access the course?

Once you have registered and paid, you will be contacted by the College to confirm your enrolment. You will then be provided with an email and password to access the course content.
