Cancellation policy

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund if the College is informed prior to the 26th February 2021.

Following this date, cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances are eligible for a 50% refund.

COVIDSafe Protocol - Attendance onsite at Conference confirms agreement to the following:

You do not have any symptoms associated with Covid-19 (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing, runny nose, loss of sense of smell, etc). You do not have Covid-19 nor are you awaiting the result from being tested for Covid-19. You have not been in contact with any known or suspected cases of Covid-19 in the past 14 days. You have not returned or been in contact with anyone else who has returned from overseas or a red-zone in the past 14 days. You agree to notify the PTC Office or Faculty should you receive news of a Positive COVID test result.

Registration details and attendance will be kept for COVIDSafe Contact Tracing Requirements.

Personal and sensitive information provided by you and collected by the Presbyterian Theological College (PTC) will be used in conformity with the Privacy Policy of the Presbyterian Church of Victoria. This can be found at www.pcv.org.au and www.safechurchpcv.org.au, or mailed to you on request.

This information is collected for the primary purposes of the PTC and may be used for any activities conducted or promoted by the PTC.

If you do not want your information to be used by us, please do not provide it.
