The College Ministry Wives group heard from Sue Hastie and Carol Bird at the May meeting, learning from their experience and wisdom from many years in ministry as pastors' wives. 

We heard from Sue Hastie and Carol Bird at our May meeting, who shared their experience and wisdom from many years in ministry as pastors’ wives.Sue and Carol told of both the joys and struggles of life in ministry, showing that while serving a congregation in pastoral ministry can be challenging, it also means receiving the deep love, support and prayers of many.It was so encouraging to hear wise women teaching others! The evening was also a great time of fellowship among the student wives, who shared a times of devotion, prayer, and conversation.We look forward to next month’s meeting where the student wives will continue to learn and grow in their preparation for ministry!
