Overview

This subject studies Old Testament apocalyptic, with special reference to the theology of the book of Daniel. Students will develop exegetical and hermeneutical skills for preaching and teaching the Old Testament through a detailed exegetical study of the English or Hebrew text of the book of Daniel; deepen their knowledge of Old Testament theology; and survey modern interpretation of the Old Testament, giving practice in the fundamentals of textual criticism.
